When you join Cedarbrook Academy today, you’ll get access to our:
- Peer-Led Workshop Series: schedule short video-based courses where experienced Cedarbrook camp leaders present best practices on safety, program design, and staff mentorship; follow each course with a live chat Q&A and downloadable checklists. This builds practical skills and creates shared standards across camps.
- Site Visit Exchange Program: organize coordinated day-long events where staff from one camp attend another to observe programs, participate in activities, and debrief with hosts via structured discussion guides. Direct observation and feedback strengthen accountability and inspire improvements.
- Seasonal Staff Training Bootcamp: run intensive multi-session events combining recorded lessons, live workshops, and guided role-play scenarios focused on camper welfare, emergency response, and inclusive programming. Staff leave with action plans and peer support networks to implement at their home camps.
